Girltime Age Certification

Girl Time is a members-only organization that specializes in bringing together individuals of the opposite sex for interaction with each other over the Internet. Users of our system are free to interact with each other without cost, however many of our users have purchased the right to use our "members only" services which include the ability to interact privately. You are not applying for employment. You are a provider supplying us with a valuable service for which we are paying you a percentage of the membership money that has been previously collected. Laws governing fair employment practices do not apply to the relationship between Girl Time and you as service provider.

If you are over the age of 18, have an understanding of the English language and can understand and follow our few simple rules, you may earn commissions from this site.

Please be sure to read our simple rules before you complete this form. Remember, if you are a studio intending on providing us with your services, we will need these documents for each one of your users.

Please print out this entire document, fill in the blanks, scan it and e-mail it to admin@girltime.com . Also scan and enlarge your passport or other government issued ID (drivers license) which has your picture and proves your age, and e-mail it along with this form. These both must be legible!

This is an automated e-mail system so be sure to put the words "Girltime Age Certification" as the subject line of your e-mail, or it will be deleted by our system and may delay your pay.

A separate form must be used for each person appearing on your account.

You do not have to wait to receive a confirmation from us. You may start immediately.

CERTIFICATION:

I hereby certify that attached herewith is at least one form of identification which states my true date of birth, indicating that I am at least 18 years of age (19 in Canada), or age of majority in my legal jurisdiction (whichever is greater)

My signature also certifies that should I provide Girl Time with false identification (including name and/or date of birth), I will not hold Girl Time liable as I understand that this identification was accepted in good faith, and that this effort was made to ensure that I am at least 18 years of age.

I also certify that all decisions related to my actions with Girl Time members are made at my own discretion, and that my actions do not violate the local community standard of "obscenity" in my area, and that my actions do not violate any other laws. I am completely responsible for my own actions. I indemnify and hold harmless Girl Time from all related liabilities. I hereby discharge all persons related to GirlTime of any past, present or future liability.

I hereby represent that I am at least 18 years of age and that my age is equal to or higher than local, community, or state laws in my area require for mature online content. I further represent that I have fully read this document prior to its execution. I have not been induced to sign the same other than by recited considerations, by any statement made by Girl Time, its agents, employees, or anyone acting on their behalf. My signature below is certification that the identification that appears below is true and accurate.
