Well I hope everyone out there had a fabulous weekend. I did enjoy mine always a treat to have cookouts and enjoy being around friends and family.
I wanted to share one of my favorite things to fix on the grill, which I am doing for my cookout.
OK I take all 3 meats, pork chops, chicken and steak slices. I like to use Dales seasoning and some italian dressing let the meats soak all day in it. Then take some foil and line part of your grill, to cook the meats on and it stays cleaner, on the top rack of my grill or heck anywhere toss a couple tortillas on heat them through, grill them up hee hee. So then your gonna take your tortilla, line it with your choice of meat and then I make a homemade fresh salsa. Take tomato, purple skinned onion, green pepper and cilantro, baisically i just take a bunch of each LOL and chop it up into the finest tiny pieces and let it make its own juice and then top that over your meat and wrap your tortilla UP AND bite in, its super yummy, this cookout is easy to fix and clean up from so you have more time to spend with your friends and family :)

I really love sharing its a beautiful thing, and I am glad we have a place to do this. Soon will be some outdoor shows, I am hopeing for some rain here, in a drought :( hurts all my flowers have to sneak them water lol. I can find new plants and flowers to put in about every weekend in the spring and summer, I love being outdoors; my gf and I were just talking on saturday how people spend all winter complaining its to cold to go outside then in the spring and summer when it finally gets hot enough to get out and have fun, they sit inside in the air condition hmmmm *giggles* ohh well some things I suppose are not meant to be understood. But I am getting myself out and enjoying the heat, gardening, planting flowers and of course one of my favs jet skiing. I love to get out on the water and just cruise around, watching the wildlife, the trees, and all the beauty around me *gonna get a camera that I can take some lake pictures with* if I drop it in the water thats ok LOL....I am thinking wallys 5$ disposables LOL, so I can share a piece of my life there with you guys!

So I suppose sharing a little about me in this blog will help some of you that tend to sit on the outside and never come in, I really hope you do after reading this. Did I mention I like gardening Ohh yes I did, ohh and I love to be all nakie in the backyard but thats another story LOL. Well lets see I just love being outdoors, I am not into sports but I am athletic...I enjoy jet skiing, 4wheelin, and ohh of course horseback riding I am a sweet southern one after all. I enjoy fresh veggies right from the garden and a vase of all sorts of flowers always on my table in the summer, right from the garden, simple pleasures in life, its what dreams are made of.
I love to get to know new people, sometimes I am on the shy side but not to often, sometimes shyness comes acrossed as snotty to some people, but I am far from that, if you step into talk with me you will realize that, I do love to joke, so if your not a joker..watch out *giggles*.
Hmm lets see I am not really that into TV but I do have some favorite shows in the evenings, I never want to miss Greys or Smallville, those are just my absolute favs, on the make me laugh side is dancing with the stars and the ever tacky Bachelor I sometimes wonder how I find myself watching it LOL.
FOOOOD...well lol seafood, pastassssssssssss. veggiesssssssssss, candyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee candy candy candy candy LOL ohh and my coca cola!!!
Well I will share more about me as I write more, we have a lot of time to get to know each other...psst favorite flowers WAY to many to list, but at the beginning lays, roses, magnolias and sweet jasmine Kisses Elona
Here I am posting a little more about, I guess my life, one of the nice things about getting to blog and spend a little more time sharing things about myself, is that people realize I more then just a girl on cam...I love things in life the little things, the natual beauties of life. I love getting cozy on my porch swing in the summer eves, with a little blanket, and kittys curled up on my lap; I love to garden, to put my hands in the soil and plant something, watch it bloom and then take time out of a busy crazy day just to smell it, touch it, hold it, its the beautiful things in life.......I want you guys to get to know me more, and I want to get to know the people I talk to more, so take a little time to answer back, come and chat, or tell me a joke!
One of the things I love to do is share things with others. I love being surronded by precious things, flowers make me feel warm and I love to decorate and have fun; it's fun to share little ideas and recipes too, there is more to life!
Well ok here we are in the spring and everything is busy, it really is time to get out and enjoy all the things that buzz LOL, I am sure you will also find me online alot by the pool, not every day but a few days this summer, sharing a little more then just my bedroom or living room, and heck maybe the holidays coming up, we might just bake in my kitchen and get all messyy!!!! I think that sounds like fun, but you must help me eat the cookies and lick the powdered sugar from ohh hee hee you found it nevermind ;)
So today I want to share a few of my favorite things: This little idea well heck you can take about anywhere with you but it is a fun little summery idea for a party by the pool or BBQ, bikinis and dips to lick off each others body....ssooo here we go with one of my favorite things :)
For Your Table: Most of us only think about garden projects, when we see a strawberry jar hee hee, but when I look at it Ohh there is soo much more, they really are a versitile pot, that can just fill a host of uses, I love to turn mine into a serving piece for crisp veggies and some great dip......so try it this week or weekend!!
Fresh buttermilk-herb dip...whisk together 1 1/4cups of mayo, 6 Tbsp buttermilk, 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives *mm got some comin up in the herb garden* 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1/4tsp salt and freshly ground pepper to taste in a medium bowl, Cover and chill about 30 mins, Then place about a 2 gallon ziploc bag in the center of about an 18 inch tall glazed strawberry jar, fill to the top with ice and seal! Nestle a ramekin on ice in top of jar, fill the ramekin with dip, and then arrange assorted veggie sticks such as carrots, celery, and bell peppers in side pockers and SERVE!!! Make sure to have fun with your dip and sticks LOL ;)
OK if your using that strawberry jar to actually plant some flowers or umm yeah strawberries *giggles* i have a At Your Fingertip *TIP*!!! I like nice nails and manicures of course, but we cant always get to the nail tech now can we hee hee so girlys and heck you sweet guys too :) place vasaline under and around each nail then plastic gloves before planting, if you do get dirt down and around your fingers the vaseline stops it from inbedding or staining the nail TADA plant, have fun, rinse and go LOL and then use those sweet hands of yours on something else *spanks herself* ohh where is my mind a going now, well I guess you have to come in my chat room to find that one out lol!
I love being on cam, heck i turned my little other hobbie of playing with myself into more LOL and I get to meet wonderful people and make new friends, which you really never know where the future will go, Some I just want to wrap my arms around and hug, you know who you are, and if you chat often you know more about me then just being on cam, I am a real person, we all are, with feelings, hopes and dreams...I really hope that you enjoy my blogs and sharings and tips, and get to know a little more about who Elona really is, There is more than meets the eye....Love to you all, I will be posting more soon!
