Why hello there on this Halloween Morning, I have had a blast the last couple weeks dressing up, making videos and getting into the Halloween fun......Yesterday Little Red Riding Hood made her way through the forest, and today her little friend Bo Peep is on her way......It was neat to talk to a couple people yesterday that didnt know Little Bo Peep, so I am here to share the Rhymes that have made there way through the years, with the original and a few new ones....I suppose Little Bo Peep may have been a little girl thing but today she is all grown up......and even though she lost her sheep, she loves to be all sexy and wait for her flock *giggles*....so make sure you stop by today to welcome her and give her some love!
Commonly the rhyme goes:
Little Bo Peep has lost her sheep
And can't tell where to find them.
Leave them alone, And they'll come home,
Wagging their tails behind them
The following additional verses appear to originate much later than the first verse.
Little Bo peep fell fast asleep
And dreamt she heard them bleating;
But when she awoke, she found it a joke,
For they were still a-fleeting.
Then up she took her little crook,
Determined her to find them;
She found them indeed, but it made her heart bleed,
For they'd left their tails behind them.
It happened one day, as Bo peep did stray
Into a meadow hard by,
There she espied their tails side by side,
All hung on a tree to dry.
She heaved a sigh and wiped her eye,
And over the hillocks went rambling,
And tried what she could, as a shepherdess should,
To tack each again to its lambkin.

Why good morning to all the big bad wolves, bears and coyotes in the woods *giggles*, So today I am sporting Little Red Riding Hood and hope you all come by to enjoy the day with me and heck have some fun...
My basket is close by, and full of goodies, I am keeping the fresh and yummy in the fridge!!!
Ok so heading off to my corner of the woods to grandma's house to take her some goodies, hope some big bad ones stop me along the way ;)
Just a reminder that tomorrow Little Red Riding Hood will being making a visit :) and have many goodies in her basket along with goodies many other places.....I hope to be online around 10 am central time, as long as I just have 2 classes at the gym.

I hope everyone had a really great weekend...I think I am prepared for Halloween, lots of lights and pumpkins and candy and costumes....along with a few things up my sleeve ;)
I had a very nice weekend, and last night was the first Heavy frost of the year....brrrrrrr when I awoke this morn it was 30 degrees and a sparkle of Mr. Winter everywhere; I stood at the door for a moment with a cup of hot tea before making my way out..with a coat :) and leggins and a sweatshirt this morning hee hee. I am not a cold weather person, I deal with it, I can't say I hate winter, there is something ever so beautiful about every season, except the fall leaves I was raking this weekend LOL, much prettier if they are not in my yard :) I tossed some new grass seed down to get a good set for the new spring, and then sprayed the yard with weed killer...watching the dandelions shrivel up lol poor things... NOT, and then I trimmed some pines around the pool, I have 2 different types, a round and pointy, I reallly love the round ones, but I am sitting out there this weekend thinking the pointy ones just dont fit in anymore, they are getting to tall, so on a whim I pulled out the trimmers and turned them into square topiraries, Hmm which LOOK FANTASTIC....I was totally pleased, nice contrast :) so that was done...I think I am always finding something to do in the gardens, but it is my escape, my stress buster, seems crazy but it is......
On another note my Christmas tree is tagged, now is the wait for the preperation and pick up the weekend of Thanksgiving and beautiful decorating :).....stressful time of year but also so much fun it its busy crazy days....I went with a blue spruce this year, and my girlfriend went with a different type, but we enjoyed our hot cocoa and walking the fields, of beautiful Christmas trees, just itching to be picked!! Then we were off to lowes; we picked out new lights for our trees this year, I usually do white lights but I found these little round ball colored lights I fell in love with and well they went into my cart, I think I will mix in some bubble lights yet, but looking for the deal LOL....
OK so make sure you stop by and see me this week, I am a snow bunny today...and dressing up Tuesday and HALLOWEEN TOOOOO....

Hee hee ok you all know I love the holidays, and Christmas is my favorite, I don't have to give you any details you have already heard me getting excited in the past :)
Ok so there is actually just 61 days untill Christmas, umm that is NOT A LOT, LOL not to scare anybody and panic but WOW. I was talking in my room yesterday and one of my friends actually told me the exact days, I had heard on the news the other day but lost count. I mean I have already seen 2 Christmas commercials this year and it's not even Halloween yet....I will agree the stores are pushing it a bit, they should wait till after Halloween, least get that one done, so people can enjoy EACH thing, but I am excited I have to say!
Each year I go to a tree farm, I do not get one that has been cut, I have a field I plant them in, and I have been doing this now for the past 3 years I love it!! I go walk these beautiful fields picking out my Christmas tree, then I tag it with a big orange sign with my info, a few weeks later I get a note in my mailbox right before Thanksgiving that my tree is ready for me to pick up, so this weekend that is what I am doing Saturday morn, :) I had planed on going earlier, but in a way tomorrow will be sweet, cooler, windier, can pull a coat around me with a cup of hot cocoa and go enjoy the fields of Christmas trees, I think I am looking for a blue spruce this year...........I do have a few other things to do around the house this weekend, had some crazy storms and wind, so a little pick up here and there.
So next week is Halloween, I plan on dressing up Monday through Wednesday and having some fun, I have dressed up in several of my costumes and done Halloween vids, I had a blast doing it :) I mean the holidays are about having fun...get into them!!!

Yes it has, as I sat on the porch last night FINALLY watching it rain, winds blew and I wrapped the blanket around my body, watching colorful leaves fall to the ground; I hate it and I love it all at the same time. There is something so sweet and beautiful about the fall and winter, I prefer the warmth of spring and summer, mainly because I enjoy the outdoors; my gardens full of blooming flowers, flying across the lake on my jet ski, jumping into the pool and laying in the sun! Ahh so many thinga bout summer I love, but the days are growing shorter and soon it will return; so lets make the best out of the cool months is what I say. One of the wonderful things about the fall and winter is the Holidays, I enjoy them soo much...it was funny to hear on the news that Christmas is 68 days away last night, doesnt that seem crazy? LOL wheww....Although I am starting early this year....YES I have even got presents started, gathering my deco, I have so many ideas of things I want to do this year and can't wait to show you all with pictures and on cam! Lights, Ribbons, Action lol.......
On another note hee hee hope you all are enjoying my crazy halloween vids, I have pictures of the outdoors and fall decorations for you all, just have to get them uploaded and posted, but want to take a few more to share....I did another fun video this morning I am a little batty in it *giggles* you will see what I mean when admin gets it up...I also just realized Halloween is almost here, and I have several more costumes I want to share so I need to get busy now don't I........the last pictures I posted were me in my witch costume from last year, I got tickled at my decorations and realized all I had in the room was a ghost on the dresser and a pumpkin in here, the deco I used last year is decorating the porches and the other stuff in the yard...hmm I should find a few more things to put up LOL....
Anyhow I hope everyone is having a wonderful Wednesday, been a weird week for me I have to say, just some things going on this week that has caught me offguard, so come in and give me a hug.....life is full of suprises I must say...some of them I wish would not suprise me *giggles*
Hey there everybody, hope you are having a wonderful week...I am gonna work on some of my fall time pictures for you this weekend, some of the pretty trees and some of my decorations!! It is so much fun to decorate for all the little holidays, but if you know me, you know my favorite is Christmas....shhhh already been getting some new decorations just don't tell anybody tee hee. I am starting early yes I am, but maybe when December hits I will have more time for decorating and baking and candies and all that fun stuff :)
I made some vids for halloween and sent them to admin so be looking for those not sure what will be up first :)
So plans for my weekend besides working on some new pictures; I need to finish winterizing the jet ski :( yeah its that time and hit a couple stores where I need to pick some stuff up; not sure how much yard work for this weekend maybe some leaves thats about it and some weedeating here and there.
Ok so everyone have a great weekend, I will try to stop in for some posting....as you know weekends are my catch up time and errands and things I need to do days with a little bit of play soooooo I will see you all soon.
I will be here untill about 6pm central time tonight before going out to have some pizza with the girls!

On that note of a heading to a blog....I officially found ALL my halloween outfits..pooh, witch, tiger dress, devil, wings, mask....etc....woooohooo so on that I am gonna do some fun halloween vids and show off all but.. my day of halloween costume :) think it should be fun; I swear when I started looking through the boxes stacked in the spare closet, it would surely be in one of the first ones but nope the last plastic container I opened TADAA I screamed lol Pookie about hit the ceiling she was laying on some stuffed animals sleeping and was like FINALLY did you find what you were looking for because I am bored now LOL; so on that I stacked everything neatly back in and with a big smile went through a couple more things to take to the homelss shelter in town, that well I just dont need anymore. I cleaned up through the house and did some laundry that eve and felt really good......So I did have a very busy weekend, I mowed the yard and field, did my weedeating around all the odd and end places, picked weeds and decorated for fall, can't wait to get the pictures up in a week or so, the straw, corn, pumpkins and my box of fall and halloween deco really turned out beautiful this year and I did a small one for my neighbor that had lost her husband and also took stuff to my moms for hers, I think the best part of it was getting to go cut my own corn and pick the pumpkins, was a lot of work but FUN!!! In my boots, jeans a tank top and ballcap out in the fields! Lets see what else, Ohh I have these 2 beautiful bushes inbetween 3 decorative pines at the end of the house, I had trimmed all my other bushes, but tend to wait till fall to do those and they were HUGE, but I got them done, ahhhh all the task about completed; the only thing I didn't get to was winterizing the jet ski...so that is def. on next weeks after i saw rain and cool weather moving in towards mid week, I say will just get worse from there hee hee, and soon the rake will be working in the yard!!!!

Here we are on a Thursday in the start of October. I have been going through my closet in a spare room to find my costumes! I will start with some fun videos and pictures next week for Halloween month. I was going to be little bo peep for Halloween, but will have to see how that goes; there is also sooo many cute costumes at wallymart lol, :) I also hope you saw the Halloween cards for this month, just let me know, would love to share a kiss with you for the halloweiney month *giggles*
I love the holidays even though they can get a bit stressful they are really so much fun, I also saved some blogs from around the holidays last year that I will reshare with many of the things I love along with some new stuff, I love to decorate for Christmas the most, and there is something so special about going and picking out your Christmas tree, which I have a blog on real Christmas tree's I will have to share in November, when tree's are in our thoughts, I love getting the ones you plant, and kinda thinking about a blue spruce this year. I am actually trying to start my shopping early this year so that I can really get into my cookies and candies I make in December :)
I hope everyone is having a great week. I had a really wonderful weekend last week, played most of it, party for my bday and family was in and also did some shopping; but looks like this weekend I will be catching up on some chores, yard work, maybe a bit more fall decorating and halloween :) and odds and ends, I will let you all know about it next week of course!
