So lets see, I had a very nice relaxing but yet busy weekend. I did have my massage on Saturday morn, and then was busy the rest of the afternoon, working in my flower gardens, preparing the veggie garden, and cleaning out the flower boxes on the windows and putting in some pansy's! I also found some beautiful ferns for my baskets on the front porch, so I was a busy girl!
I hope everyone had a great weekend, and now it is back to my 3:30 morns, teaching aerobics and playing online, so stop in and see me, before a busy weekend attacks me again *giggles*
Over the next couple weeks, I will be very busy outdoors, getting everything put back together from the winter, and also waiting on my new screen door for the screened porch to come in, so I might be busy doing that this weekend. When the weather gets warm enough, I will sit outside some, but until then, I will be posting some pictures and maybe a few videos. All the flowers are about in full bloom outside, so I need to be getting some pictures of those!

It is Friday ahh yes it is, I have had a bit of a rough week, and even broke my toe yesterday...I still have lots I need to get to this weekend, but gonna walk easy as I do it LOL, but there are things calling and things to do. So in this blog I wanted to share a recipe, well I am yet to try, but it may be my Sunday Din Din :) as kick back to relax...ohh yes this is relaxing isn't it?
Yes I do believe it is, but on to other things and yummy sweet things for our bellies!
So here it is!
Salmon and Noodle Bowl.
Ingredients:
1 9 oz pkg. refrigerated fettuccine
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb. skinless, boneless 1-inch thick salmon, cut into about 8 pieces or more
salt and pepper
6 cups packaged fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup bottled roasted red or yellow sweet peppers
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
Preparation:
1. Prepare pasta according to your package directions, whatever type you decide to use, done up packages or boil and cook it yourself.
2. Meanwhile, brush 1 tablespoon olive oil on salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat an extra large skillet over medium heat and add salmon, cook around 8 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon starts to flake, turning it once. Remove the salmon, cover and keep warm. Add spinach, sweet peppers, and remaining oil to skillet. Cook and stir for about 1 to 2 minutes, until the spinach is wilted. Drain pasta, add to skillet, and then add the dressing, until you coat it all very nicely, season with a bit more salt and pepper, then divide the spinach mixture among however many bowls you would like, then top with your salmon.
Yeah I am trying that for a nice dinner on Sunday, after working in the yard :)...hope you all try and let me know what ya think.

It is Thursday!!! 
I have a list of things that I will be doing this weekend. Lots of gardening if the weather stays pretty! There is so many things that are blooming right now and this morning I got a picture of one of my kitty's sleeping in the window flower box right outside my bedroom window!
So I hope everyone is having a very sweet Thursday! Well as you know my plans for the weekend, lots of outdoor things, what is everyone else getting into? Ahh I do have a massage lined up for Saturday morn, my girlfriend lined that up for me, was very sweet of her, well the lady is like a massage/alignment therapist, so maybe get my little back all back in order! Okies dokies well I am off to hang out and chat with all ya sweeties, so stop in and see me!
Tuesday was crazy, some of you know the Internet was just being totally picky yesterday, I think it took me 4 hours just to get my blog published LOL, I had to keep reloading and screaming LOL, yes I screamed a lot yesterday!
So this is what I should have done yesterday LOL found a nice little spot and curled up! I hung in there though, I have way to much fun chatting and well you guys were here to help me scream and hang in for the Internet fight right?
So I hope everyone is having a beautiful Wednesday, it is hump day, should find something to hump on :)
On another note the weather is warming up beautiful here! It is about time to find me near the pool, at least I hope very very very soon!
If you know me, LOL besides fur I love the outdoors, winters about drive me stir crazy, I love the outdoors, the sunshine, swimming, getting out on the lake, I think it is past summer memories that keep me going, and knowing with each day of winter, is a day closer to spring and summer :)
I hope everyone's day is beautiful and come chat with me, get to know me more, I don't bite hmm ok maybe a little LOL but not to hard!
Kiss kiss kiss ahhh yes it is Tuesday! I really want to sit outside at one point soon, but it has been a chilly start to spring, I do know it is suppose to warm up some, but not sure enough to spend to much time outside, but maybe one afternoon, but I will try and at least get a few videos from outside for the start of spring. I did manage to get some pictures of the pool and a few new things I got for it this weekend, so I hope to have those posted, by at least next week! I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter and a safe holiday weekend!

I wish everyone a beautiful day...I am off to spend the day with family, but I should return about the same time as I do most Mondays, I did do a few things yesterday out and about and found some deals...you guys know me, always searching for that clearance, and heck I am a girl we love to shop LOL, but much better getting way great prices! I had a blast egg coloring yesterday with all the little ones, 8 dozen eggs, and 6 dozen were done before the big sketti dinner LOL then the girls decided at 9 last night we should do more...SO WE DID! Today the weather is chilly but not to bad, going Easter egg hunting and enjoying the day with good food and family. Later today I might do a few things around the house...I miss you all...

I was a pinch tired when I got in from the gym this morning, so I am running a pinch late, but I will be here very soon, drying my hair and eating a little something as we type!

Well I think it is time to wish everyone a very merry first day of spring! It come in kinda chilly here after some storms yesterday! I even had the first leaves to pick out of the pool *giggles* am I ever ready for swimming and the lake! So who wants to go naked jet skiing with me this summer?
As most of you know the area in the picture, is about a hop skip and a jump from my house in the woods behind my house....its about time to get my swimmy shoes out LOL and go walk through the cold crisp waters!
I am so ready for summer now that it is the first day of spring, but I wont rush the beautiful of spring, but enjoy every moment of it, but I am ready to dive in the waters! I hope everyone has a beautiful first day of spring. Stop in and see me, and lets talk about past pool days hee hee......

It's almost here, I thought I had posted a blog last week about working on the pool this weekend :) but I must not have saved it...anyhow long story short, it all got done. Everything is pulling together, and if the weather doesn't permit in the next few weeks to sit outside, me no getting in water yet LOL, I will have some pictures up next week...
So the new liner is the boulder swirl, and on the invoice and papers I got, it says, gives a lagoon type appearance, it looks so deep and dark when you get the liner filled up with water, the sides are the rock look and the bottom the deep swirl. I was so upset when the liner ripped last year, but after getting this liner in and the new wood benches around the top, I am just so pleased, and can not wait for outdoors and pool time fun with you all!!
So I am looking forward to swimming and getting naked in the outdoors!!

It seems like I have a billion things to do outdoors around the house. In my wishing for spring it just seems like I get snow, LOL so looks like indoors and maybe a little getting out and about and going to a couple stores this weekend instead. I know the weather will clear up a bit to start some projects soon. I can not wait to get out by the pool again, and yes that is one of the projects that need done.
On that said, I hope everyone has a beautiful weekend, I might mess around with some new recipes and relax a little bit this weekend. I do miss everybody so much on the days I take off, but I do have to get things done.
So maybe on Monday I will have some new recipes to share, I can mess around with this weekend, as I am getting some things done around the inside of the house, there is always something to be done, I just really want to be outside LOL getting things done, wow I have spring fever, cabin fever, whatever it's called. Spring flowers will be covered by snow by morning, the heaviest snow is suppose to hit after midnight, hmm might be nice to get out and 4wheel and maybe take some pictures of it, if enough falls, seems like the weather people just are not sure. One moment its a couple inches, the next its suppose to be a foot hee hee so I guess morning will tell.
Kisses and I will see everyone Monday, with errands, shopping and things to do, I will be a busy girl.
