I have a question about a charge on my credit card, is there someplace that I can call?
Yes, please feel free to call us at (702) 940-7943.
I forgot my username or password, can you help me?
Yes, please email us at admin at girltime.com. Please include the words "user name" or "password" in the subject line of your email.
I have a comment or question for you, who do I send an email to?
Please send an email to admin at girltime.com and please be sure to include the words "general information", "question" or "comments" in the subject line of your email.
Why do I have to put certain words in the subject line of my emails to you?
Girl Time gets an average of 1200 pieces of junk email per day. By having you put certain keywords in the subject line of your email we can automatically filter out the spam.
Why doesn't my credit card work? or... Why did I get banned after I entered a private video chat session?
Girl Time
uses Firecracker video software, which includes some of the most advanced
anti-fraud screening available. If you've used your credit card elsewhere
on the web and continue to be declined at Girl Time, here are some of the
reasons why:
1.)
We only accept credit cards from banks that can return positive Address
Verification and positive CVV2 verification. If your bank does not provide
this information or the information you entered is incorrect, you card
will be automatically declined.
2.)
All purchases are monitored in real-time by a live human being that
compares and cross-references your current IP address with the address
on your credit card. If they don't pin-point to the same area on the
map, your card will be refunded and banned and your account deleted.
We realize that this policy automatically excludes travelers that are
away from home, but we feel it offers unprecedented protection from
theft.
3.)
After each purchase your purchase history is evaluated and cross-referenced
throughout our database. If excessive activity is discovered, we may
place a temporary hold on your account until we contact you.
4.)
Your IP address being reported by your browser does not match the IP
address being returned by our applet running on your computer,
indicating a spoofed IP address.
