The following is our statement regarding age and record keeping information as required by 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75
Girl Time is a site for teasing and flirting between men and women only.
Sexual activity is a violation of our rules and will not be tolerated.
We monitor our site to verify that our rules are being followed.
Nobody on this site is being paid to perform sexual acts.
Girl Time is engaged in the business of providing individuals with the online tools necessary to communicate interactively with one another on a private pay-per-minute basis. In that respect Girl Time is absolutely no different than the phone company, which also charges for its services on a pay-per-minute basis. Like the phone company, we cannot anticipate in advance which of our users may violate our rules. Because of this fact we have adopted certain policies to ensure that no child is ever injured here as defined in 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 :
1. We do not hire professional models to perform sexual acts.
2. We monitor all communications between our users to prevent any illegal activity.
3. We do not utilize any sexually explicit images on our site. Remember that nudity by itself is not covered by 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 only sexual acts or depictions between actual persons.
4. Users of our services are not required to pay for them or receive money for them, however we do offer the tools for private communication on a pay-per-minute basis to individuals that have provided us with the records required by 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 .
5. We require that all users of our private communication tools be over the age of 18, and we require proof of age beforehand.
6. Users of our system are prohibited from displaying pictures depicting sexual activity on our servers or our site.
7. We do not require or encourage users of our system to engage in sexual behaviors.
That said, Girl Time does pay commissions to affiliates to occupy our site in an effort to maintain a minimum level of interactivity 24 hours per day. As a precautionary measure we maintain all of the necessary records according to 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for any person we pay to occupy our site. Age and Record Keeping Information
All persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexual conduct appearing or otherwise contained on the Girl Time web site were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
Some of the aforementioned depictions appearing or otherwise contained in or at Girl Time contain only visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct made before July 3, 1995, and, as such, are exempt from the requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. 2257 and C.F.R. 75.
The owners and operators of this web site are the primary producer (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75) of all the visual content contained on the web site. The Custodian of Records for content on this web site is:
