Cam Girl Rules

Everything you type in free chat and in private chat is logged and carefully reviewed by our administrators every day. We also randomly monitor private and free video to ensure our rules are being followed. If you violate any of these rules, you will get caught, usually on the first attempt.
If you are caught breaking our rules you could be banned and might not be paid any commissions.
Please take our rules seriously... we do.

Here are our very simple rules:

Do not perform sexually explicit acts in any freely visible areas of our site or upload any sexually explicit materials to Girl Time. Sexually explicit acts include sex, masturbation, and provocative close-ups or positions. Sexual activity in a public forum is illegal in the United States and most of the civilized world. It will not be tolerated. This rule does not apply to the private areas of our site as long as you aren't breaking any other rules.

Nudity of the nipples, vagina or anus is not allowed in our free rooms. We don't care what other sites allow, or what you are used to doing on other sites. If you are the kind of girl that can only attract men using nipples and labia, instead of interesting conversation and personality, Girl Time is not for you. This rule does not include nudity of the buttocks, breast (excluding nipple) or pubic hair above the pubic bone. Although, don't be suprised if you don't get taken private while you're giving it away.

Do not attempt to collect any contact information from our members or other users of Girl Time, including e-mail address's, MSN id's, ICQ id's, Yahoo id's, or phone numbers. If a member or user gives you their contact information without your permission, simply thank them to be polite and discard it. Don't panic when this happens, we can easily verify in the logs that you didn't ask them first. Please read the special note concerning phone numbers below.

Do not share your contact information with other users or members of our site, either by way of your personal Biography or in chat. If you have a personal web site or blog do not mention it on our site.

Do not attempt to lure our members or users away from our site. Our members already realize that there are a million other cam sites out there, and they still choose to spend their time here. If another member or user offers to meet you away from Girl Time, politely tell them that it is not possible.

Do not offer to sell anything to our members or users, including personal items without making prior arrangements with us. If a member wants to send you a present, contact us for instructions.

Do not share any private information about our company or any other privileged information that may be given to you with anyone, including other Cam Girls.

Do not simulate or demonstrate any illegal or disgusting behaviors on our site. Illegal behaviors include rape, pedophilia, bestiality, fisting, sex while bound, urination, defecation or bleeding.

Do not participate in credit card fraud. If you know that another user or member has fraudulently used someone else's credit information to obtain membership, do not participate in any private interactions with them and contact us immediately for advice. We will deduct all fraudulent activity from your commissions immediately; so don't waste your time.

Do not make promises to our members about what you will do in private that you do not keep. Unhappy members always call to complain and we may deduct this from your commissions. Girl Time is for flirting and fantasy, not tricking and lying.

Do not allow anyone on your camera that is under 18 and does not have proper paperwork on file with us. This includes your own infants or children in the background.

Do not abandon or leave your camera for extended periods of time. If you have to use the bathroom, let our members know and be back as quickly as possible. This rule is especially important to girls working on our special pay program. If you are trying to work a certain number of hours to get a higher percentage, and we discover you have abandoned your cam for more than 5 minutes per hour, you will forfeit your bonus for that week.

Do not make derogatory statements about another girl to our members or other users.

Do not use any language other than English on our site. If a member chats to you in another language, politely ask them to use English. Our admins only speak english.

Do not ignore our users in your chat. Nothing is more irritating than trying to chat with someone who is reading or looking at something else. If you must share your attention between Girl Time and something else, make your Girl Time chat the priority. This is another rule that is especially important to girls working on our special pay program. Ignoring people in your chat is no different than not being here at all, and the time spent online will not count.

Do not use the ban button unless the person you are banning is being disruptive or abusive. Remember that every great member starts out as a free chatter first. Banning someone because they are shy or not speaking to you is rude.

Do not use the chat refresh button as a replacement for the ban button. (can you tell we've had girls do this before - lol) Trying to "get around" the ban button rule by hitting refresh every few minutes is no different.

Do not enter another girls free chat room in a way that allows members to know that you are another webcam girl. This includes using creative chat names that hint at who you are, even if you know all the members in her room. This does not include welcoming a brand new girl to the site on the first day you see her.

Special note concerning phone numbers:

You may share phone numbers with a member who has joined you in a private chat, but be careful to not share other information while on the phone. We randomly check that girls are following our rules by taking you into a private phone conversation posing as a member.

Special note for studios and cam-houses:

We welcome your participation on our web site but please make sure all of your people understand our rules. We will hold the entire studio responsible for the actions of a single girl.
