Cam Girl Rules

Everything that you type in chat is logged and may be reviewed at any time.
If you violate any of these rules, you will get caught.
If you are caught breaking our rules you could be banned and may not be paid any commissions.
Please take our rules seriously... we do.

Here are our very simple rules:

Do not perform sexually explicit acts on any freely visible areas of our site or upload any sexually explicit materials to Girl Time. Sexually explicit acts include sex, masturbation and provocative close-ups. Sexual activity in a public forum is illegal in the United States and most of the civilized world and it will not be tolerated. This rule does not apply to the private areas of Girl Time.

Nudity of the nipples (including major portions of the areolas), vagina (including clitoral hood, labia majora/minora and perineum) or anus is not allowed in any freely visible areas of our site. You are allowed to show buttocks, breast (excluding nipple) and pubic hair in the freely visible areas of our site. This rule does not apply to the private areas of Girl Time.

Do not attempt to collect contact information from our members or other users of Girl Time, including e-mail address's, MSN id's, ICQ id's, Yahoo id's, or phone numbers. If a member or user volunteers their contact information to you, simply thank them to be polite and then discard it. You may call a member after he has joined you in a private chat providing that your number is blocked.

Do not share your contact information with other users or members of our site, either by way of your personal Biography or in chat. With the research and cross-referencing tools available on the Internet today, even the most insignificant detail can lead to a potentially dangerous encounter. Please take your safety as seriously as we do.

Do not attempt to lure our members or users away from our site. Our members already realize that there are dozens of other cam sites out there and they still choose to spend their time here. If another member or user offers to meet you away from Girl Time including Skype or Yahoo, politely tell them that it is not allowed.

If a member wants to send you a gift, he must send it to us and we will forward the gift to you. Generally speaking, there is a value limit of $100 per month on gifts. Exceptions to this limit can be made on a case-by-case basis.

Do not share any private information about our company or any other privileged information that may be given to you with anyone, including other Cam Girls.

Do not simulate or demonstrate any illegal or disgusting behaviors on our site. Behaviors including rape, pedophilia, bestiality, fisting, sex while bound, urination, defecation or bleeding will not be tolerated.

Do not participate in credit card fraud. If you know or suspect that a member has fraudulently used someone else's credit information to obtain membership, do not participate in any private interactions with them and contact us immediately for advice. We will deduct all obviously fraudulent activity from your commissions, so don't waste your time.

Do not make promises to our members about what you will do in private that you do not keep. Unhappy members always call to complain and we may deduct this from your commissions. Girl Time is for flirting and fantasy, not tricking and lying.

Do not allow anyone on your camera that is under 18 or does not have proper paperwork on file with us. This includes your own infants or children in the background.

Do not abandon or leave your camera for extended periods of time (more than five minutes). If you have to use the bathroom, let our members know and be back as quickly as possible.

Do not make derogatory statements about another girl to our members or other users.

Do not use any language other than English on our site. If a member chats to you in another language, politely ask them to use English.

Do not ignore our users in your chat. Nothing is more irritating than trying to chat with someone who is reading or looking at something else. If you must share your attention between Girl Time and something else, make your Girl Time chat the priority.

Do not use the ban button on anyone located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or Australia unless the person you are banning is being disruptive or abusive. Remember that every great member starts out as a free chatter first. Banning someone just because they are shy or not speaking to you is rude.

Do not use the chat refresh button as a replacement for the ban button. Trying to "get around" the ban button rule by hitting refresh every few minutes is no different than using the ban button.

Do not enter another girls free chat room in a way that allows members to know that you are another webcam girl. This includes using creative chat names that hint at who you are, even if you know all the members in her room. This does not include welcoming a brand new girl to the site on the first day you see her.

Girl Time is a place for men to relax and get to know many different personalities, do not "guilt trip" our members for socializing with other girls.

Do not allow conversations or comments about the economy or personal financial status in your free chat room. You are required to kick on the first offense as a warning and then ban them if they continue. Remember - Girl Time is a place to escape the challenges of everyday life not discuss them.

Private messaging is an important member courtesy. And while you are not required to send private messages at all, If you do choose to, you are required to reply to (or initiate) private messages with members who have recently been in a private chat with you (most recent first) before anyone else.

We make your privacy and safety our responsibility until the day you quit Girl Time. No amount of member spending or familiarity will compel us to compromise this core duty to you. Please do not ask.
